When discussing scope, we want to include what problems we're trying to solve, but more importantly we also want to include what problems we are explicitly NOT trying to solve! That gives us the ability to say no clearly without arguments in a comfortable and considerate manner. - @minrk at #nbpy

Min begins: What is "scope": - What are we here to do? - What problem are we trying to solve? - What problems are we NOT trying to solve? Being clear about scope gives you the ability to say "no". #NBPy
