Wenn die Kommunen die #Schulbegleitung nicht mehr bezahlen, fällt ein großer Bereich des schulischen Unterstützungsbedarfs weg. Er ermöglicht  Kindern und Jugendliche Partizipation. Und meist die Möglichkeit überhaupt beschulbar zu sein.
Interessanterweise war es in den 90er Jahren in #Köln eine grüne #Sozialdezernentin, Marlies Bredehorst, die versuchte den Bereich "Schulbegleitung" abzuschaffen..  Ich war damals Betriebsratsvorsitzender der Lebenshilfe. Wir haben uns gewehrt. Es kam nicht dazu
