EA has confirmed two linked actions: BioWare's closure and the next Mass Effect's cancellation. The move ends a long run for the studio behind Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Rebuilding BioWare's RPG systems and narrative tooling under a new team is now the central engineering problem. #BioWare #MassEffect #GameDevelopment
