The pussification of modern journalism is mind blowing.

I’m not sure if the spinelessness of the news media is due to outlets becoming more like corporations protecting their bottom line or if it’s a generational weakening due to hard nosed journalists retiring and moving on.

Whatever the cause, it’s not good for the country as a whole as commentators replace real reporters.
