I don’t think I’m a big shouter, but between raising a rascal and regularly stubbing my toes, you’ll already get quite a few in. Also, I don’t drink so much anymore, but when I do I often get jolly in a loud way.

I almost never raise my voice, and I tend towards the understated. If something goes wrong or I accidentally hurt myself, I'm more likely to utter a quiet "ugh" of disappointment than shout "fuck". So maybe, about the amount I use "!" in my posts here would be an honest answer.
