@Elilol both of those are basically Twitter-like. #Pixelfed is one i've only explored a little bit but it's neat conceptually; it's like Instagram. all posts have to have media and you can follow anyone in the #fediverse but in the default main timeline view you'll only see their media posts. i'm not familiar with any specifically #nsfw-oriented instances, but gram.social is the biggest instance that allows it.
