Religious groups that commit mass murder contradict the moral teachings of killing found in most religions.

I watch the news and think; am I the only one who still thinks killing is wrong? Am I being quaint and old fashioned? Every religion I know of says killing is wrong but one religious group commit mass murder on another in the name of their religion. The victims say "Look at what they've done, they're animals, killing our children and babies. Let's kill their children and babies."
