Dear Bill - despite the relentless work that the likes of you and others (including, me) over the past few decades, the so-called median US voter (wealthy by global standards) continues to be in thrall of "all of the above" politicians. The poor nations simply have no choices left. Cheap and reliable is the way to go. Luckily, China has made the clean also cheap and reliable, so here we are.
