Albums I start from the Sonos app never reached Last.fm. Now they do.
Every 30 s, the collector behind my site asks the speakers what they play (plain UPnP on the home network, no account, no token), shows the track as “now playing”, then scrobbles it once half of it has played.
I mapped my speakers and checked what was playing through the Sonos MCP server with Claude Code. Then 3 lines did the job.

TIL my Sonos never told Last.fm a thing 🤷
Fixed it this morning:
→ every 30 s, ask the speakers over plain UPnP (port 1400, no account, no token)
→ show the track as "now playing" on my site
→ scrobble it once half has played
Recon done with Claude Code + the Sonos MCP server, then 3 lines of stdlib Python did the job (see pic).
