Not as smoky today yellow AQI behind initial smoke surge from early yest. Even better above 3000m, usually is. Made our Line Crk. trail ice patch/tundra survey more pleasant. Chilly 8C w E breeze, felt great. Last cool day today, real heat back Fri. on 🔥. Tundra is drying here 2900-3200m Beartooth Plateau especially SE-W facing slopes. Melt is strong on snow/ice pa tches. First time in weeks wehave not had to worry about ⚡️️, so we could take our time. #climate #hiking #dogs #gye #mountains
