The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has raised concerns about Reform UK's compliance with the Equality Act following an ITV documentary that exposed racist, Islamophobic, and misogynistic comments from the party's members.

"The official equalities watchdog has written to #ReformUK to raise concerns after an undercover TV documentary showed councillors and candidates for the party expressing racist and misogynistic views, with one of the party’s MPs complaining about ingrained sexism." "An #EHRC statement said its letter had asked Reform to provide information, “including what action the party is taking to comply with the Equality Act”." #UKPol #Racism #Sexism https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2026/nov/02/ehrc-raises-concern-with-reform-about-racial-and-sexual-remarks-in-documentary
