Actually, @volkris, when more Southern congressional districts are redrawn after a SCOTUS decision so that they are now lily white, then the rights of Black voters were taken away.

The Voting Rights Act (VRA) became law in 1965, @volkris. The claim that every year between 1965 and now the VRA was interpreted incorrectly is ridiculous. What changed is: now there are five or more racists on the Supreme Court.
