Price of 2 NVIDIA P100 (total 32GB of DRAM) are quite competitive at eBay now (roughly 250 dollars with their fans). Go for that, or wait for the price of V100 to come down? (currently one 32GB V100 is ~ $800 with the blower). I can power 1200W worth of GPU with my 1600W PSU
