The infrastructure of Kiev is being deliberately targeted and destroyed by Russian military actions.

The residents of #Kiev should stop expecting a normal, peaceful, life in the city - Vitali Klitschko, brain damaged former boxer and mayor of Kiev. Klitschko described the situation in Kiev as "very dramatic," as #Russia has intensified strikes on the Ukrainian capital and its infrastructure ahead of winter, damaging transportation across the #Dnepr River. "The enemy is destroying Kiev: infrastructure, critical infrastructure, logistics, housing, and social facilities.
