#Ukraine has almost exhausted its locomotive reserves following #Russian attacks on its railways. Kyiv is negotiating with European countries for additional rolling stock, according to the Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy... It's odd that this is coming from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and not the Ministry of Transport, but apparently the crux of the matter is that after sea logistics were cut off, Kyiv decided to try to export grain by rail.
