Ukraine is facing a critical shortage of Patriot missiles due to limited European and U.S. supplies and delayed new production.

Europe is struggling to find more Patriot interceptors for Ukraine ahead of expected Russian winter attacks. Kyiv is seeking hundreds of missiles, but Germany says its stocks are reaching their limits and other European donors have few they can safely spare. US supplies are also strained, while new production will come too late. In July, Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 29 of 195 Russian ballistic missiles, with another 40 failing to reach their targets. #Ukraine
