Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, in coordination with SSO, HUR, SBU, and the Border Guard. The plant processes up to 17 million tons of oil per year and produces gasoline, aviation fuel, diesel, bitumen, paraffin, liquefied gases, and propylene.
